This can include understanding psychological challenges within health and social care settings, stress management, secondary or vicarious trauma, and developing trauma-informed and trauma-responsive workplaces.

I work with organisations to enhance staff wellbeing, support service development, and strengthen approaches to public engagement. My consultancy is grounded in trauma-informed principles and shaped by an understanding of the psychological demands within health, social care, and community settings.

This could be support with reviewing policies and practices, shaping new or existing services, or helping teams work safely and sustainably. I can also assist with public engagement work, such as designing sensitive materials, or helping staff communicate in ways that build trust and reduce distress for people with lived experience.
