If this sounds familiar, you might have learned early on to be the one who holds everything together, no matter what. That strength helped you survive but now it can leave you feeling disconnected, restless, or drained.
I’m Lisa, a Counselling Psychologist in Edinburgh. I provide therapy for adults who’ve experienced childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or chronic self-reliance.

Online therapy - I have availability for new clients, and limited concessionary spaces for trainee counselling psychologists where therapy is a mandatory requirement for training. Contact me for further information.
